Our prices include, depending on the activity, breakfast, snack or picnic. A minimum number of participants may be required on some outings and if the minimum is not reached we will postpone the outing or an exclusive price will be offered to you.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity, the latter will be considered as due. The customer agrees when booking to pay for their activity in case of no show (absence) by transfer to the Lokal Adventure account: MCB 000448168103 or by cash or on the site.
In case of delay, we wait a maximum of 15 minutes before considering it a No show and the activity due.
No activity will be refunded unless the outing is canceled (by Lokal Adventure or its team) due to bad weather.
The activity is maintained in case of cloudy weather and passing showers, unless considered risky for the group. Lokal Adventure and its staff will be the sole judges of the cancellation or stopping of the activity.
